QUALITY CONTROL LABS monitor the quality of raw materials,
as well as semi-finished and finished products. These
facilities are well-equipped to maintain quality standards
according to customer specifications and latest quality
standards. Due to the nature of our products and
requirements of our customers, all of the raw material and
products are scrupulously checked and quality controlled.
Our Quality Control Labs are facilitated by utilizing:
- tensile tester
- hardness tester
- Friction Test
- X-Ray Test
- visual and mechanical dimensional testing devices
Raw material, based on DIN and AISI specifications for CHQ
wires, are purchased form Western Europe according to
elaborate technical specifications and delivery condition.
All of the raw material is tested by:
- The supplier
- Independent surveillance specialists prior to shipment
- Finally upon delivery at our factory by one of the above metallurgical laboratories
Apart from continuous quality inspections by the operators,
there are specifics as to where all material and products
are thoroughly tested:
- Raw material upon delivery (mechanical & metallurgical)
- Product during manufacturing (physical)
- During and after heat treatment (mechanical)
- Prior packaging (physical & mechanical)
All of the above are accurately recorded so that upon
request, information regarding source of material supply,
specification of material and record of all tests can be
submitted for review. Kuban Kar company with fully
facilitated quality control labs is doing all the required tests in house.
